Job Summary

Profile:Sr. Manager-Solar-Surat-14 LPA

Experience:

7 to 12 years in Solar EPC industry
Minimum 3 years in team handling / managerial role
Experience in both Rooftop & Ground Mounted Solar Projects

Salary Range: 12LPA - 14LPA

Roles:

Lead and manage Rooftop Design & Ground Mounted Engineering teams
Oversee end-to-end project planning design validation & execution strategy
Review SLDs layouts structural designs & BOQs
Ensure timely project delivery as per EPC schedules
Coordinate with procurement site execution & client teams
Monitor quality control safety compliance & cost optimization
Resolve technical escalations & site-level challenges
Drive performance productivity & reporting across teams
Ensure compliance with DISCOM MNRE & regulatory standards

Qualification:

B.E./ in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
Masters in Renewable Energy / Project Management (Preferred)
Strong technical understanding of Solar EPC
