What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to alarms incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner coordinating with site leadership and/or public responders when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas warehouses yards and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Control access at designated entry points by checking identification managing visitor and contractor sign-in and directing deliveries to approved locations per site policy.
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports monitor cameras and/or alarm systems and communicate updates to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• An EMT Certification is required.
• A valid drivers license for at least 1 year
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• A primarily driving post is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
