Your role with us:
Take charge of ratecard ownership discount matrices and pricing tiers ensuring every deal protects margin and yield. Analyse daily fill rates bid density and sell-through to set optimal floor prices. Lead deal desk governance annual negotiations and ad hoc analysis while maintaining Order Management System integrity dashboards and business reporting. Serve as the bridge between commercial ambition and inventory reality making sure revenue opportunities are fully captured.

What you will do:

• Create and manage the ratecard including discount matrices and pricing tiers used by Sales Managers to maximise revenue without slowing deal velocity
• Act as the commercial check and balance for sales analysing non-standard deal requests to ensure margin requirements are met
• Partner with Sales Leadership on annual deal negotiations modelling inventory commitments and running scenario planning to avoid overselling high-demand inventory at discounted rates
• Analyse daily fill rates and bid density to set optimal floor prices for maximum revenue and efficiency
• Own Ads business reporting across weekly monthly and quarterly reviews including ad hoc analysis and deep-dives on key business areas
• Support the building and maintenance of dashboards to track performance and insights
• Define and execute sell-through deal-making pricing and packaging strategies using data and analytics to optimise inventory and drive business growth
• Maintain the integrity of the Order Management System product catalogue ensuring pricing complies with policy and minimises billing discrepancies

What you will bring:

• 3-5 years experience in yield revenue operations or deal desk
• Demonstrated experience with programmatic advertising auction dynamics ad tech and the streaming ecosystem
• Experience analysing programmatic auction dynamics
• Hands-on experience managing rate cards and product catalogues an OMS
• Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making process improvement and operational support

Bonus points if you also have:

• BA/BS degree in Business Economics Mathematics or equivalent practical experience
• Experience working in the Gaming or Live Streaming industry
• Sports gambling & cryptocurrency knowledge
• Proficient with Google Suite (Drive Spreadsheets Docs) Slack Jira
