As a Security Officer - Flex Mobile Patrol Driver in Jacksonville FL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. As a Flex Part-Time Security Officer you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. You will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents and respond to alarms and service requests with professionalism. This is a driving post so you will use a company-approved vehicle policy and your valid drivers license while delivering customer-focused communication and teamwork with integrity.

What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants visitors and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures location-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner communicating with onsite management and emergency services as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property including interior common areas exterior grounds and parking areas helping to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.
- Monitor access points and property activity reporting suspicious behavior maintenance hazards and/or policy concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Complete required reports and logs documenting patrols incidents and interactions according to Allied Universal standards and location requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- A minimum of 1 year of security experience is required.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
