Job Description
As a Security Officer - Flex Property Rover in West Chester OH you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. As a Flex Part-Time Security Officer you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. You will conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents assist tenants and visitors with a service-first approach and communicate clearly with on-site teams. You will document observations report concerns and respond to issues with integrity teamwork and a caring culture that puts people first while staying agile reliable and innovative.

What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants visitors and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial property.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of interior common areas parking lots loading areas and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or access-control concerns.
- Monitor access points and observe building activity verifying credentials and/or visitor authorization per post orders and documenting security-related activity in reports and logs.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including medical calls alarms disturbances and property-related issues and notify Allied Universal supervision and/or property management as required.
- Use clear radio and written communication to coordinate with on-site personnel and/or first responders and complete accurate incident reports patrol documentation and shift turnover notes.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
