Job Summary

As the Senior Manager Account Management you will be a strategic leader responsible for overseeing and growing key client accounts within our portfolio. You will play a critical role in driving the success of large-scale digital marketing influencer and commerce solutions. This position requires a high-level blend of strategic vision operational excellence and relationship management. You will lead a dedicated team to translate complex business objectives into impactful results ensuring that every deliverable meets the rigorous standards of a top-tier agency while fostering long-term organizational success and account growth.

What Youll Do

  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Oversee mentor and empower the Account Management team fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the professional development and KPIs of all team members.
  • Strategic Portfolio Management: Lead the end-to-end development and management of high-profile digital marketing campaigns ensuring they align with the clients brand positioning and business goals.
  • Senior Client Partnership: Serve as the primary senior point of contact for key stakeholders proactively managing expectations addressing complex inquiries and providing high-level strategic consultation.
  • Operational Excellence: Streamline internal workflows and enhance cross-departmental collaboration (Creative Tech Data Operations) to maintain exceptional service delivery and efficiency.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize data insights and performance analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness identifying growth opportunities and providing actionable recommendations to clients.
  • Business Growth & Innovation: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities by deeply understanding market trends and the evolving needs of clients businesses.
  • New Business Development & Revenue Acceleration: Proactively drive new business acquisition to support overall team revenue targets. Identify and secure new client opportunities while expanding existing networks to mitigate revenue risks from key accounts. Develop strategic pipelines and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the team consistently achieves and exceeds revenue goals.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure all campaign executions adhere to contract compliance internal SOPs and the highest industry standards of quality control.

Who You Are

Must-Have:

  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in Account Management Client Services or Business Development within a digital marketing advertising or tech-solution agency.
  • Proven track record of managing high-value key accounts and delivering consistent revenue growth.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing brand campaigns media strategy and digital ecosystem.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams (at least 3 years in a management role).
  • Industry Expertise: Strong experience handling large-scale accounts preferably within the FMCG E-commerce or Technology sectors.
  • Communication: Exceptional command of both English and Thai (Business Level) with superior negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and make data-driven decisions under high pressure.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Technical Savvy: Familiarity with AdTech/MarTech platforms CRM tools or AI-driven productivity tools.
  • Adaptability: Experience working in a fast-paced borderless or multinational corporate environment.
  • Educational Background: Masters Degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
