You will monitor assigned areas conduct routine patrols remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents and support access control and visitor flow. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following Allied Universal post orders security-related procedures and site-specific policies at a logistics and distribution location including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and promptly notify site leadership and/or emergency services as required.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of warehouse areas loading docks parking areas and the exterior perimeter to help identify suspicious activity hazards and policy violations.
• Support access control operations by monitoring entry and exit points for employees visitors and drivers confirming authorization and directing traffic flow at gates and dock areas as assigned.
• Complete detailed shift documentation including patrol logs incident reports and daily activity reports and communicate security-related concerns during shift handoff.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
