Job Description
As a Security Officer TWIC Roving Patrol Driver in Orange TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more. As an Allied Universal unarmed patrol officer at a government location you will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents and respond to calls for assistance with professionalism. This is a driving post requiring a valid drivers license meeting AU driver policy requirements. You will build trust through clear communication customer service teamwork and integrity while supporting a caring agile and innovative culture.

What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures location-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings grounds parking areas and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
- Monitor access points check identification and/or credentials when required and assist with visitor sign-in and/or directing individuals to the appropriate area.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including de-escalation notifications and documenting actions taken.
- Complete routine reports incident reports and patrol logs and communicate relevant observations to site contacts and Allied Universal supervision.
Minimum Requirements:
- A TSA issued TWIC is required.
- A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- A state county or city issued security license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
