A leading power solutions provider is seeking an experienced Product Manager (UPS Systems) to drive the strategic growth development and lifecycle management of its Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) product portfolio.
This role is ideal for a technically strong and commercially astute professional with a passion for power solutions product strategy and market development.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute product strategies for the UPS portfolio
Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life
Conduct market research competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities
Provide technical and commercial support to the sales team
Liaise with suppliers manufacturers and key stakeholders
Prepare product pricing models forecasts and business cases
Drive product training and technical presentations for internal teams and clients
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Monitor market trends in power quality and backup power solutions

Minimum Requirements:

BEng / BTech / National Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 6 years experience in a Product Management role within the power electrical or UPS industry
Strong knowledge of UPS systems power quality and backup power solutions
Proven experience in market analysis product positioning and portfolio management
Commercial acumen with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
