Were looking for a Partner Operations Manager based in Milan. In this role you will be the bridge between our top-tier restaurant and grocery partners and our internal technology ensuring that every high-volume site operates at peak performance.

What Youll Be Doing

You will take full ownership of the operational health of our most significant partnerships balancing data-led diagnostics with high-level stakeholder management.

• Operational Optimization: Proactively diagnose and resolve friction points in delivery operations for high-volume partners. You will test local solutions and determine how to scale them across the Italian market.

• Product Advocacy: Act as the voice of the partner for our global Product teams. You will influence the development of new features and lead their physical rollout and implementation with both internal teams and external merchants.

• Strategic Expansion: Play a pivotal role in the launch of new partner sites ensuring they hit high operational standards from day one through rigorous planning and effective negotiation.

• Business Partnering: Equipping the commercial team with operational toolsets to improve site-level performance and attending MBRs/QBRs to align operational KPIs with commercial goals.

• Data-Driven Project Management: Manage high-impact cross-functional projects using data to build compelling business cases that move the needle on performance.

What Youll Need to Thrive

Our ideal candidate is a rigorous analyst and an influential communicator:

• Experience: At least 5 years in strategy management consulting investment banking operations management or growth.

• Data Fluency: Expert at manipulating large datasets using Excel/Google Sheets and SQL. You can translate complex analysis into clear insights using BI tools like Looker or Tableau.

• Stakeholder Management: A proven ability to rally internal and external stakeholders behind your ideas and attain buy-in for operational changes.

• Project Management: Experience managing multiple complex workstreams in a structured logical way to ensure high-quality delivery.

• Innovation Mindset: You dont just follow processes; you seek out ways to improve them and execute solutions with a clear communication plan.
