The Senior Executive Assistant is a key connector for the Office of the Deputy Chief Executive keeping our work flowing smoothly and helping the whole team operate at its best. Youll provide executive support to the DCE while also being a trusted partner to the wider group coordinating priorities strengthening communication and creating a collaborative environment where everyone can do their best mahi. This role is all about anticipating whats needed and helping the team stay focused aligned and moving forward.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Keep the Office of the Deputy Chief Executive running smoothly by managing calendars priorities and workflow with confidence and clarity

  • Coordinate team activities meetings and information flow to ensure everyone stays aligned and wellsupported

  • Prepare highquality documents briefings and communications that support the DCE and wider teams mahi

  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders helping the team build strong positive relationships

  • Build strong relationships across the organisation to facilitate effective communication and decisionmaking

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant Senior Administrator or Senior EA

  • Strong organisational and timemanagement skills

  • Ability to anticipate needs and work autonomously

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • High level of discretion professionalism and confidentiality

  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and managing competing priorities
