What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and store team members by following Allied Universal security-related procedures location-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of sales floor back-of-house areas parking areas and perimeter to help to deter theft trespassing and other unwanted activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including contacting appropriate personnel requesting medical assistance when needed and/or coordinating with law enforcement as required.
• Monitor entry and exit points receiving areas and high-traffic zones; observe customer and employee activity and document unusual behavior or policy violations.
• Complete detailed reports and shift logs communicate observations to site leadership and support loss prevention efforts by following reporting and evidence handling guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state county and/or city issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
