POSITION OVERVIEW

Candidate will be responsible for developing maintaining and analyzing comprehensive schedules for the United States Space Command Headquarters Facility and other associated projects. This role requires the ability to integrate data from multiple sources into a master schedule and communicate schedule status and potential risks to project stakeholders.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and manage integrated master schedules (IMS) for construction projects from the planning phase through to completion to include facility occupancy
Collaborate with project managers engineers and subcontractors to include the information technology construction subcontractor to gather data and ensure all project activities are accurately reflected in the schedule.
Integrate data from various sources including subcontractor schedules material delivery schedules and resource availability plans into a single cohesive project schedule.
Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule identify variances and analyze potential impacts on project deadlines.
Prepare and present regular schedule reports dashboards and status updates to project leadership and stakeholders.
Perform schedule analysis including critical path analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
Provide recommendations for corrective actions to mitigate schedule delays and optimize project timelines.
Maintain all schedule-related documentation and records.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 12 years of experience providing oversight on complex commercial or industrial-scale construction projects with a value of $100M or greater.
Proven experience as a Project Scheduler on complex construction projects.
Demonstrated ability to pull data from multiple sources (e.g. spreadsheets databases subcontractor reports) and integrate it into a master schedule.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project management principles.
Ability to predict issues and communicate gaps
Excellent analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of project personnel.

Top Secret/SCI clearance

Proficiency in scheduling software such as Microsoft Project Primavera P6 or similar applications.

Preferred Qualifications

Project Management Professional (PMP) or Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification.
Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field.
