Job Summary

Job Title: Implementation Project Manager (Infrastructure Focus) Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (C2H) Duration: 6 Months W2 Only Location: Miami FL (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite) Job Description:

We are hiring 3 Implementation Project Managers (1 with strong Infrastructure focus) to lead technology delivery initiatives. This role requires a hands-on Project Manager with a strong IT background capable of managing deployments documentation and end-to-end project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project delivery for technology implementations
Manage application deployments upgrades and enhancements
Create and maintain project documentation and test cases
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Support PMO processes and project governance
Ensure alignment with PMP/PMI methodologies
Track project progress risks and deliverables

Required Skills:

Strong experience as a Project Manager (IT/Technology projects)
PMP certification required
Strong understanding of PMI/PMP concepts
Experience with:
- Application deployments
- Infrastructure projects (for 1 role)
- Test case creation & documentation
Hands-on experience in technology delivery / implementation
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in consulting firms (Deloitte PwC EY IBM Accenture etc.)
Experience building or scaling a PMO function
Career progression from technical roles (QA/Engineering PM)
Experience in Cruise industry (highly preferred)
