Job Description
As a Security Officer Rover Driver Clearance Required in Ocala FL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. As a Part-Time Security Officer you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. You will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents and support access control and incident reporting. You will deliver clear customer service and communication while working with a team that is agile reliable and innovative guided by a caring culture and integrity.

What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities appropriate to an aerospace and defense location.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner escalating to site contacts and/or emergency services as required.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings parking areas and perimeter lines to help to deter unauthorized activity; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
- Control access at designated entry points by checking identification processing visitor logs issuing temporary badges when authorized and directing personnel to approved areas.
- Complete detailed reports on patrol findings access control activity incidents and/or equipment issues and communicate observations to Allied Universal supervision and site stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
- An active DoD Secret clearance is required.
- A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
