What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail property including common areas parking areas and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or policy concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including medical calls disturbances lost child reports and customer assistance requests.
• Monitor and document conditions and incidents using written reports and/or electronic systems and communicate updates to site leadership and local emergency services when needed.
• Support access control and traffic flow by observing entrances responding to alarms or calls for service and providing direction and information to visitors as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
