What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out Allied Universal and site-specific procedures access control practices required documentation and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at an industrial location in a calm problem-solving manner providing detailed observations to site contacts and/or responding public services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings process-area perimeter roads parking areas gates and other designated zones to help to deter unauthorized activity with working environments and conditions varying by location.
• Monitor alarms cameras radios and other site systems as assigned and report abnormal conditions equipment issues and security-related concerns through established notification and escalation protocols.
• Complete security-related reports logs and shift handoffs including incident reports patrol documentation and visitor and vehicle activity records following site-specific policies and Allied Universal standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a TSA Issued TWIC.
• A State County or City Issued Security License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
