What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following Allied Universal security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of offices loading areas parking areas and perimeter points noting unusual activity and documenting findings.
• Monitor access points and verify identification and/or authorization for employees contractors and visitors in accordance with site procedures; direct visitors and deliveries as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including providing initial assessment notifying site contacts and/or emergency services and assisting with scene control.
• Complete detailed reports and logs including patrol activity incident documentation and maintenance or hazard observations and communicate relevant updates to site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
