- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Schedule and manage appointments for clients and staff members.
- Maintain an organized and clean front desk and reception area.
- Handle correspondence emails and packages appropriately.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Proven experience as a front desk representative or in a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
