We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Entry Level Production Assistant within our dynamic team. As an Entry Level Production Assistant you will be integral to the smooth operation of our production processes assisting various teams and ensuring that projects are carried out efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of production equipment.
- Support the crew during filming by providing necessary props and tools.
- Maintain organization of production schedules and documents.
- Help coordinate logistics for shoots including locations and transportation.
- Follow instructions from production leads and contribute to team discussions.
- Monitor inventory of supplies and assist in ordering new materials when needed.
Qualifications :
- Strong interest in film television or media production.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of production equipment is a plus.
- Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings and weekends.
