Job Summary
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Promotional Sales Assistant to join our growing this role you will be responsible for driving product awareness and creating engaging experiences for customers to increase sales and brand loyalty. As a key member of our promotional team you will participate in various marketing events and initiatives collaborating closely with sales and marketing departments to execute effective campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and orchestrating promotional events to boost product visibility.
- Engage directly with customers to promote products and create a positive shopping experience.
- Provide product information and answer inquiries to customers effectively.
- Set up promotional displays and ensure they are appealing and compliant with company standards.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback on products and promotions for future improvements.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective promotional strategies.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in marketing or business is a plus.
- Previous experience in a sales or promotional role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple simultaneous tasks effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Proficient in using social media platforms for promotional outreach.
