We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Production Associate to support the planning coordination and on-site execution of events. This role plays a vital part in ensuring seamless production operations from setup to breakdown.
The ideal candidate is organized proactive and capable of working efficiently under tight timelines while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
Assist with event setup staging equipment organization and breakdown
Support logistics coordination including materials supplies and vendor deliveries
Ensure production timelines are followed and deadlines are met
Maintain organization of inventory and production materials
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event execution
Adhere to safety standards and company protocols at all times
Provide operational support during live events as needed
Qualifications :
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
High level of reliability and professionalism
