Were looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Casablanca Morocco. You will be the most senior Engineer within the team and act as the local tech lead on business critical projects. You will also have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the local Engineering culture and excelllence.
Our team builds the solutions that solve the most valuable business and customer problems allowing our over 43000 customer to run critical part of their business on NetSuite every this may sound simple our customers needs vary widely and our code base is complex. The NetSuite solution is written in Java TypeScript and React with Oracle DB as the main persistence this role you will have plenty of opportunities and room to innovate explore and delve in AI technologies become a better engineer and an engineering leader. We know its exciting!
This role is for someone who wants to be involved with all phases of the development process: specification design architecture testing and maintenance. Wed like you to be passionate about clean code quality and SOLID principles. As you will have prior work experience you can efficiently partner with quality engineers guide and mentor junior engineers and assist in setting code review practices for the you want to work in an agile environment with continuous integration pair programming and TDD practices our team would be a phenomenal fit.
What youll do
NetSuite engineers do more than write code. We become specialists in our business domain and take the time to deeply understand our customers goals. We own the design of our product bringing questions and ideas to the table and analyzing them. We develop greenfield code as well as maintain a powerful legacy codebase for tens of thousands of customers.
You will work closely with other development teams & product management and to define design and implement a new product offering while ensuring the continued functionality of the existingsolution address our customers need and contribute to our business success.

Your Qualifications & Skills
- Computer Science degree or proven experience in STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Math).
- Experience with Java or any similar object-oriented programming language with the ability to write programs and apply OOP principles.
- Intimate understanding of modern web applications and extensive experience with database-driven applications.
- Enthusiastic about automated testing with a passion for shared quality!
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to abstract functional requirements and strong communication abilities in both technical and non-technical contexts in English.
