Job Summary

Job Summary: 
The Assembly Line Builder is responsible for initiating the production line and maintaining proper line speed to ensure safe efficient and high-quality cabinets. This role requires strong hand-eye coordination attention to detail and experience working in a fast-paced production environment using tools such as staple guns and hot melt equipment. 

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Start and prepare the production line at the beginning of each shift 

  • Control and maintain proper line speed to support production goals while ensuring quality and safety standards are met 

  • Assemble products using staple guns hot melt and other production tools 

  • Monitor product flow and make adjustments to maintain efficiency and prevent line delays 

  • Follow Standard Operating Sheet (SOS) and quality standards during assembly 

  • Inspect all tools to make sure they are in good working condition before start of shift and after each break.  

  • Identify and report damaged materials product defects or equipment concerns 

  • Maintain a clean safe and organized work area 

  • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to support production flow 

  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures 


Qualifications :

Qualifications & Skills: 

  • Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity 

  • Previous experience using staple guns and hot melt equipment preferred 

  • Manufacturing or assembly line production experience preferred 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment 

  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards 

  • Ability to follow detailed work instructions 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time 

  • Ability to lift push or pull up to 50lbs. 

  • Ability to perform repetitive movements including bending reaching and grasping 

  • Ability to work in a production environment with noise and temperature variations 

Schedule & Work Environment: 

  • Shift: 

1st: Monday- Thursday 6am-4:30pm 

2nd: Monday- Thursday 5pm-3:30am  

  • Overtime may be required based on production needs (falls on Fridays) 

  • Manufacturing/production floor environment 


Additional Information :

Hiring for 1st shift and 2nd shift 

1st shift hours: Monday-Thursday 6 am- 4:30 pm 

2nd shift hours: Monday- Thursday 5 pm- 3:30 am
