You will conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents and document observations while responding to tenant and visitor concerns with strong communication and customer our agile reliable and innovative team you will be supported by a caring culture that puts people first and values teamwork and integrity.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and promptly notify site leadership and/or emergency services as required.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings parking areas common areas and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Control access by verifying identification and/or access credentials monitoring visitor check-in procedures and directing individuals to appropriate areas based on site requirements.
• Complete detailed shift activity reports incident reports and patrol documentation and communicate key observations and/or maintenance concerns to management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 1 years of security experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
