Job Summary

Kanadevia Inova is recruiting a Project Cost Controller to support one of our construction projects in North London. The role combines work from our Farnborough office with presence on site and plays a key part in ensuring effective financial control and project performance.

Key Responsibilities

Act as Project and Site Controller supporting financial performance and reporting
Lead budgeting forecasting reporting and financial close processes
Ensure compliance with IFRS-based finance frameworks and internal controls
Monitor project costs risks opportunities and financial performance
Work closely with project stakeholders and represent Finance on site

Qualifications :

Requirements

Degree in Accounting or Finance with 10 years relevant experience
Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial controlling practices
Experience in construction energy or manufacturing industries
Strong analytical skills with structured and results-driven approach
Experience working with international teams and multiple stakeholders

Technical Skills

Experience in project controlling reporting or accounting
Strong understanding of project execution and financial reporting
Advanced MS Excel and good MS Office knowledge
Experience setting up financial tools and processes
Fluent English (Tagetik or Power BI knowledge is an advantage)
