Job Summary

Kanadevia Inova is recruiting a Project Cost Controller to support one of our construction projects in North London. The role combines work from our Farnborough office with presence on site and plays a key part in ensuring effective financial control and project performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as Project and Site Controller supporting financial performance and reporting

  • Lead budgeting forecasting reporting and financial close processes

  • Ensure compliance with IFRS-based finance frameworks and internal controls

  • Monitor project costs risks opportunities and financial performance

  • Work closely with project stakeholders and represent Finance on site

Qualifications :

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance with 10 years relevant experience

  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial controlling practices

  • Experience in construction energy or manufacturing industries

  • Strong analytical skills with structured and results-driven approach

  • Experience working with international teams and multiple stakeholders

Technical Skills

  • Experience in project controlling reporting or accounting

  • Strong understanding of project execution and financial reporting

  • Advanced MS Excel and good MS Office knowledge

  • Experience setting up financial tools and processes

  • Fluent English (Tagetik or Power BI knowledge is an advantage)
