Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from definition through delivery ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Define project scope objectives deliverables timelines and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans schedules budgets and resource allocations.
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors/partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor project progress and performance against metrics and milestones.
- Identify project risks implement mitigation strategies and proactively resolve issues.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage changes to project scope schedule and costs using formal change control processes.
- Strong financial awareness and budget management skills.

- Ensure project documentation is maintained and archived in accordance with company standards.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across project teams and departments.
- Exceptional communication leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency with project management tools like MS Project and Jira -

- Good to have Temenos transact basic knowledge
- Must be from Ecuador as the person would need to visit office
