Job Duties Include:
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Lead and inspire a team of 34 leaders and 4060 colleagues fostering a culture of excellence accountability and exceptional guest satisfaction.
Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations ensuring Forbes LQA and brand standards are upheld while maintaining cleanliness maintenance and seamless service execution.
Drive financial performance through effective management of labour and beverage costs revenue optimization inventory control payroll accuracy forecasting and month-end reporting.
Recruit mentor and develop department leaders and colleagues through coaching performance management and consistent transparent communication.
Elevate the guest experience through innovative beverage programming strong floor presence proactive service recovery data-driven strategy and cross-department collaboration.
Qualifications :
Your Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of senior Food & Beverage leadership experience preferably within upscale or luxury 4- or 5-star properties with a proven record of upholding LQA and Forbes standards.
Strong leadership and people management skills including effective scheduling team development performance management and sound human resources practices.
Demonstrated financial acumen with proven experience in cost control budgeting and results-driven decision-making.
Advanced beverage and culinary knowledge with a passion for elevated dining experiences; ProServe certification required.
Highly organized adaptable professional with the ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
Strong technical and communication skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; experience with Silverware Birchstreet and Watson systems considered an asset along with post-secondary education in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Management.
