Job Summary
- Support quality control of daily deliverables in line with company policies on investor registration transactions reporting and cash.
- Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries and deliverables ensuring timely completion within service level agreements and escalating issues when necessary.
- Prepare capital calls distributions and investor allocations ensuring accuracy and alignment with fund documentation.
- Calculate fee schedules and waterfall models maintaining compliance with fund terms.
- Contribute to a positive team culture through regular check-ins knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Assist management with departmental initiatives projects and risk mitigation efforts.

Qualifications :
- Diploma or bachelors degree in a business-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in financial services fund administration asset management banking or client service.
- Experience in PE funds is an asset
- Familiarity with investor services processes is an asset.
- Professional designations (e.g. ACCA CPA CMA) or working toward one are considered an asset but not required.
