We are seeking an experienced Test Analyst with strong expertise in iEMR HL7 messaging and data migration testing to support a major clinical systems program. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working within healthcare environments ensuring safe accurate and highquality validation of electronic medical record enhancements integrations and migration activities.
In this role you will be responsible for developing comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases based on clinical technical and integration requirements ensuring full coverage across iEMR workflows HL7 interfaces and data migration activities. You will execute functional integration regression interface and endtoend testing including validating HL7 message structures and troubleshooting integration issues across connected systems. A core part of the role includes performing thorough data migration testingconducting sourcetotarget validation executing SQL queries for data reconciliation and ensuring accuracy and integrity throughout migration cycles. You will collaborate closely with clinicians solution architects data teams and integration specialists to clarify requirements communicate defects and support resolution. Additionally you will prepare test progress reports identify risks support UAT activities contribute to golive readiness assessments and ensure all testing aligns with organisational quality standards and healthcare compliance requirements.
Qualifications :
- Hands-on testing experience with iEMR / EMR / EHR systems.
- Strong knowledge of HL7 v2.x standards message flows and interface behaviours.
- Proven experience in data migration testing including SQL validation and reconciliation.
- Ability to read and interpret HL7 messages and troubleshoot integration issues.
- Understanding of clinical workflows across acute and/or community health settings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional agile teams.
- High attention to detail.
