As a Security Officer - Site Patrol Weekdays in Bethlehem PA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy logistics and distribution location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas complete routine rounds and stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will communicate clearly with site teams and visitors document observations and respond to situations with calm professionalism. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including reporting hazards suspicious activity and/or policy violations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas staging zones parking areas trailer yards and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage.
• Monitor access points and support entry and exit processes for employees visitors and drivers including checking credentials maintaining visitor logs and/or directing deliveries to designated areas.
• Complete detailed written reports and maintain accurate documentation of patrols incidents and security-related activities using site forms and/or electronic systems.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
