What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to site employees visitors and drivers by following Allied Universal procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner coordinating notifications and documenting actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout warehouse areas loading docks trailer yards and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Support access control operations by monitoring entry and exit points verifying identification and/or authorization and directing visitors and deliveries according to site procedures.
• Complete routine security-related logs and incident reports monitor cameras and/or other systems when assigned and communicate observations to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 1 years of armed security-related law enforcement and/or military experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Have a guard card or license preferred.
• Have customer service experience preferred.
• Have access control and/or badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
