Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead you will lead a team of quality engineers guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will apply your business and functional knowledge to develop comprehensive testing strategies ensuring that quality processes and methodologies are effectively utilized throughout the application lifecycle. You will also focus on defining and implementing key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution ultimately driving quality and efficiency in the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Develop and maintain testing documentation to ensure clarity and consistency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with ALIP Development Functional Test Planning ALIP Life & Annuity Functional.- Strong understanding of automated testing frameworks and methodologies.- Experience in defect tracking and management tools.- Ability to analyze test results and provide actionable insights. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
