Service Desk Officer
Job Summary
We are currently seeking a new full time Service Desk Officer to join our IT Team Monday to Friday in our national support office in Bundall on the Gold Coast.

Youre someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and solving problems. You bring patience clear communication and a calm approach to every interaction ensuring users feel supported and confident when navigating technology.
You take pride in delivering highquality service staying organised in a fastpaced environment and working collaboratively with your team. Youre adaptable curious and committed to improving the way IT support is delivered.
To succeed in this role you will have:
- A qualification in IT or equivalent experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware software and operating systems
- Experience in a service desk or customer-facing IT support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A strong customer service mindset with patience and empathy
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Basic understanding of networking concepts
- Ability to create or update user guides and documentation
- A collaborative team-focused approach
- Commitment to secure reliable and highquality IT service delivery
- A current drivers licence and car
