What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors and staff at a government location by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings grounds parking areas and perimeter areas; document observations and report irregular conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe activity for unusual or unauthorized behavior that may help to deter incidents; support visitor management and identification checks per post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner; request assistance from site contacts and/or local emergency resources when needed.
• Complete detailed reports of daily activity patrols incidents and/or policy violations; communicate timely updates to Allied Universal management and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
