Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds 27 beds Number of Staff Varies on volume 1 Charge RN 2-3 RNs 2 Techs clinical coordinator Type of staff:o Day Shift 1 Charge RN 2-3 RNs 2 Techs and clinical coordinatoro Night Shift 1 charge RN 2-3 RNs 2 Techs and clinical coordinator Patient Ratios 3:1 Type of equipment x-rays preoperative anesthesiologist lab electrocardiography EKG EMR - MeditechMust have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. ACLS BLS 2 years current experience in acute OR setting ortho spine and joint replacement experience Knee and Hip replacement experiencePreferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. PALS CNOR any Charge experience RN is responsible for the observation assessment diagnosis planning intervention and evaluation of care of all patientsList typical procedures performed on unit(s): Joint replacement ENT Ortho Spine Urology Vascular Podiatry Thoracic Surgery and Plastic SurgeryBest personality Fit: Dedicated patient care experience reliable proficient charting Critical thinker passionate multi-taking excellent bedside manner
