This is a driving post so you will use a vehicle to cover assigned areas document observations and communicate concerns promptly. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents guests vendors and/or visitors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a residential community.
• Respond to alarms calls for service and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of neighborhood streets amenities and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage.
• Control access at community entry points by verifying authorization monitoring traffic flow and assisting with visitor management in accordance with site procedures.
• Complete detailed shift reports incident reports and patrol logs and communicate relevant information to property management and/or local public responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
