As a Security Officer - Full-Time Unarmed Patrol in Berkeley MO you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a financial services location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas complete routine rounds and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will greet employees and visitors with strong customer service communicate clearly and document observations and events. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following site-specific policies access procedures and security-related protocols including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the facility offices and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor entry points visitor traffic and deliveries; verify identification and/or authorization as required and assist with directing guests to appropriate areas.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner; provide assistance to employees and visitors as needed and notify appropriate contacts.
• Complete detailed reports of daily activity patrol observations and incident response actions; communicate relevant updates to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 years of security experience.
• Be 21 years of age.
• CPR/First Aid is preferred.
• A state county or city issued security license is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
