Job Description
As a Security Officer Flex Security Clearance Patrol-Driver in King Of Prussia PA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more. What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to client employees contractors and/or visitors by following site-specific procedures for an aerospace and defense location including access control and badging verification as assigned.
- Respond to incidents alarms and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and notify appropriate contacts according to post orders and escalation protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings work areas and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions through the approved reporting process.
- Monitor entry points vehicle gates and/or delivery areas as assigned verifying authorization and directing traffic flow in accordance with site policies.
- Complete shift documentation such as patrol logs incident reports and daily activity reports and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal supervision and/or site representatives.
Minimum Requirements:
- An active DoD Secret clearance is required.
- A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Comfortable using computer or tablet is preferred.
- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
