The Prompt Curator is responsible for designing organizing evaluating and optimizing prompts used in artificial intelligence (AI) systems to ensure high-quality accurate and consistent outputs. This role works at the intersection of content strategy AI performance optimization and user experience. The Prompt Curator collaborates closely with data scientists product managers engineers and content teams to refine AI interactions and improve system performance in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design test and refine prompts to optimize AI-generated responses

Develop structured prompt libraries aligned with product and user requirements

Evaluate AI outputs for quality relevance consistency and compliance

Collaborate with engineering and data teams to improve model performance

Establish documentation standards for prompt development and testing

Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations

Ensure prompts adhere to ethical regulatory and brand guidelines

Maintain version control and change tracking for prompt updates

Provide training and best practices for internal teams using AI systems

Stay informed on advancements in generative AI and prompt engineering techniques
Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Communications Computer Science Linguistics Digital Media or related field

25 years of experience in content strategy AI operations technical writing UX writing or related roles

Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills

Exceptional written communication and attention to detail

Experience working with AI tools large language models or automation platforms

Ability to evaluate and improve structured content systematically

Experience working in a remote cross-functional team environment
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with prompt engineering generative AI or conversational AI platforms

Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) concepts

Experience with A/B testing and performance metrics analysis
