For Linklaters Warsaw we are currently recruiting for the Sourcing Advisor role.
This fixed term-role is responsible for supporting the company in sourcing projects related to outsourcing payroll and some marketing processes. The aim of this role is map business needs do the market analysis contacting potential vendors and run RFPs.
You will be responsible for:
Supporting the Firm by conducting end-to-end sourcing and contracting for indirect spend specialising in HR.
Collaborating with stakeholders to define procurement requirements ensuring timely delivery of solutions and recommending innovative sourcing strategies to address complex or specialised business needs.
Sourcing vendors and suppliers aligning with GHO Strategic Sourcing to follow best practice.
Conducting supplier research and offering recommendations for cost-effective and quality-driven options.
Contributing to the preparation of detailed reports on sourcing performance and financial impact providing insights for senior stakeholders and supporting strategic decision-making. Overseeing communications with suppliers to discuss pricing terms and conditions.
Undertaking supplier capability assessments to identify potential areas for improvement or collaboration.
Preparing and contributing to governance reporting and approval documents as required in relation to sourcing delivery.

Apply if you:
Have 5 or more years of experience in sourcing vendors and suppliers at a professional services firm preferably with strong HR category experience.
Have experience in collaborating with stakeholders to define procurement requirements evaluating supplier proposals and recommending preferred options to meet the business needs.
Demonstrate ability to build relationships and communicate with suppliers to discuss pricing terms and conditions and identify potential areas for improvement or further collaboration.
Demonstrate excellent analytical project management and relationship-building skills.
Are proficient in MS Office and quick to learn new IT systems.
Possess strong communication skills in Polish and English (C1 level).
Show initiative problem-solving skills and a can do attitude.
Have a commitment to continuous learning and working in an international environment.
Hold a university degree or have relevant experience.
