As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol in Pryor OK you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas perform routine rounds and remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support access points assist with badge checks when needed and communicate clearly with site teams drivers and visitors. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities within a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including notifying appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout warehouse areas parking areas trailer yards and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Control access by monitoring entry and exit points verifying identification and/or shipping documentation as required and directing visitors drivers and vendors according to site procedures.
• Operate and monitor security-related systems such as CCTV and alarm panels as assigned and complete shift logs and incident reports with clear accurate details.

Minimum Requirements:

• A state county or city issued security license is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
