Your role involves conducting routine patrols engaging with the public and delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication. Position Type: Part Time - Overnight

Pay Rate: $22.50 / Hour with an hourly bonus of $1.96. Premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked by the employee.

• Valid Drivers License
• 21 years of age
• Have ability to pass a background check drug screening and physical exam
• Ability to obtain AOA badge (Federal Background Check in ordinance with DOT requirements)

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to passengers employees and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a government aviation location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner communicating with site representatives and/or public agencies as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of terminals public areas parking areas and perimeter locations; working environments and conditions may vary by post assignment.
• Monitor access points and credential checkpoints as assigned helping to deter unauthorized entry and/or restricted-area violations and directing individuals to appropriate screening or assistance resources.
• Complete required reports and logs for patrol activity incidents and unusual conditions and communicate observations to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for unarmed roles; 22 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
