As a Security Officer - Mobile Patrol in West Point GA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced automotive location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas complete routine patrols stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents and support access points and visitor flow. You will communicate clearly document observations and partner with site teams to keep operations running smoothly. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors contractors and employees by following Allied Universal post orders site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at an automotive location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas parking lots perimeter fencing and exterior grounds; document notable observations per site procedures.
• Monitor access points and control entry and/or exit for personnel and vehicles as directed verifying credentials and maintaining visitor and delivery logs.
• Respond to alarms incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner; notify site leadership and/or emergency services as required and complete required incident reports.
• Support security-related operations by monitoring cameras and other systems when assigned communicating via radio and/or phone and assisting with traffic direction and service calls as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.

• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
