Job Summary
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support to end-users within the FDR Financial Group
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Assist with network maintenance and troubleshooting
- Document and update technical processes and procedures
- Collaborate with IT team members to ensure smooth operation of IT systems
- Offer guidance and training to users on IT best practices
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience in providing IT support and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware software and networks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Certifications in IT support or related fields are a plus
- Experience working in a remote IT support role
