As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrolin Atlanta GA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy commercial real estate location where you will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents and respond to concerns with clear communication and strong customer service. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants guests and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including assisting with de-escalation and contacting site leadership and/or public emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of common areas garages loading areas corridors and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and property concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and delivery activity assisting with directions queuing and reporting suspicious behavior consistent with post orders.
• Complete detailed reports and daily activity logs document incidents and observations and communicate pertinent information during shift turnovers.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have a minimum of 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
