As a Security Officer - Vehicle Patrol Driver in Davenport IA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a manufacturing and industrial location you will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents and support employees and visitors with strong customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid drivers license. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting actions taken per post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas warehouses offices parking areas and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or hazards.
• Control access by monitoring entry and exit points verifying identification and/or authorization and assisting with visitor management processes.
• Complete routine security-related reports and logs communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership and support investigations as requested.

Minimum Requirements:

• Client requires proof of high school diploma and/or GED.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
