Security Officer Clinical Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer - Clinical Patrol Driver in Bartlett TN you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location you will conduct routine patrols stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents and support staff patients and visitors with clear communication and customer service. This is a driving post so you will use a valid drivers license to complete patrol coverage and respond to calls for assistance. You will represent Allied Universal with integrity teamwork and a people-first culture.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients visitors and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior corridors public areas parking areas and perimeter locations noting unusual activity and reporting concerns per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including assisting with de-escalation and coordinating with clinical staff and/or local responders as directed.
• Control access as assigned by monitoring entrances checking credentials when required and directing visitors to appropriate check-in and waiting areas.
• Complete required documentation such as activity logs and incident reports and communicate observations to supervisors and/or site representatives in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Vaccines are required for this hospital site.
• This post is at a hospital morgue.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be 21 years of age.
• This position requires the ability to restrain individuals.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
