As an Access Control and Patrol Officer with Allied Universal you will monitor entrances check badges and conduct regular patrols to help deter security-related incidents. Pay Rate: $17.84 / Hour

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients visitors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the site location.
• Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a secure environment within the assigned premises.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following Allied Universal guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the site and its perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and identify potential issues.
• Assist with emergency response activities as needed in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal protocols.
• Observe and report any security-related incidents hazards or unusual activity to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter theft vandalism and/or other unwanted behavior.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have 6 months of Security experience or the equivalent.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Access Control and Badge experience.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.

• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
