Were looking for a Client Partner Deliveroo Express to join our Global Growth Strategy & Analytics this role youll help us scale our new white-label solution allowing partners to offer rapid delivery directly through their own platforms while powered by Deliveroos world-class rider network.

What Youll Be Doing
Youll be joining the New Verticals business unit reporting to the Head of Commercial Global Grocery. Deliveroo Express is a critical strategic pillar for our future and you will be at the helm of managing these high-scale white-label partnerships globally directly influencing how the worlds biggest brands collaborate with on-demand logistics.
Heres what your day-to-day might look like:
Lead Strategic Partnerships: Manage and develop a team of Strategic Partnership Managers overseeing day-to-day relationships with our Express partners across restaurant grocery and retail sectors.
Drive Commercial Strategy: Build and execute an account prioritisation framework to deepen existing partnerships and identify new avenues for value creation.
Own the Sales Pipeline: Lead high-stakes pitches and contract negotiations for new business scaling the Express solution to new global partners.
Deliver Financial Results: Own the P&L for your portfolio tracking performance against annual plans and implementing interventions to ensure targets are met.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Marketing and Rider Operations to ensure our white-label technology is seamlessly integrated and partner satisfaction remains high.
Refine the Value Proposition: Use market insights and partner feedback to constantly evolve Deliveroo Expresss position in the competitive last-mile delivery market.
What Youll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
Strategic Relationship Management: 45 years experience in account management strategic partnerships or strategy & insights preferably within grocery retail or last-mile delivery.
Commercial & Analytical Mastery: Proven ability to manage a P&L translate complex data sets into actionable storytelling and drive commercial interventions.
Negotiation Excellence: A track record of leading complex contract negotiations that drive mutual value and long-term growth.
Leadership & Influence: Experience leading or developing high-performing teams and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels including senior leadership.
Agility & Creativity: A self-starter mindset comfortable with ambiguity capable of testing and scaling new ideas in a high-growth environment.
